The year 1976 was the bi-centennial celebration of our country. There were activities going on throughout the nation. The population of Kelsey increased tremendously the day we had our own bi-centennial celebration. We started at the community house, then there was a parade of floats to Kingswood for an afternoon of old fashion get together of friends and neighbors.
