HO HO CAKE

Bake one chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines Devil's Food) according to directions
on the Box.
Bake on a large greased/floured jelly roll pan for 15 to 20 minutes at 350
degrees. Cool.
With White Filling
1/2 C. Margarine, softened 1/2 C. Crisco 1 C. Sugar
Cream together for 15 min.
Add: 3T. Flour 1 tsp. Vanilla
2/3 C. Milk
And cream all above together for 5 min.
Spread on cooled cake. CHILL.
With Chocolate Frosting
1/2 C. Margarine
3 Squares unsweetened chocolate
Melt margarine and chocolate on low heat. Remove From heat. Add to chocolate
mixture:
1 egg 1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 T. Hot water 2 1/2 C. Powdered sugar
Beat with a fork.
Carefully spread icing over white filling. Best to chill Cake for a while to set
chocolate after spreading.
KEEP CHILLED! |
