| At the bicentennial celebration we sold tickets to raffle off the float. Dr. Richard Berg was the lucky winner and just happens to be building a new house in Kelsey. The sign on the float was put there upon delivery. It reads: Kelsey's new health clinic, the doctor is in!! |
