4 cups grated zucchini Combine zucchini, white sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Combine flour, brown sugar and butter and mix until creamy. (Add more butter if needed.) Spread creamed mixture over zucchini mixture. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
