| The idea for this network was conceived at The New York State Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Conference in Monticello, NY, USA. |
| I was at a group which was hosted by Barbara Granger from Matrix Research Institute in Philadelphia, PA, USA. |
| I told here about my computer business and she said someone was going to start a similar project but he bailed out. Barbara suggested that I start up this project. |
